IMS has been working with this national dairy promoter since 2000. This group is charged with promoting milk sales commercially and educating consumers of its nutritional value.
Opportunity
This group originally came to IMS looking for an organization that could handle inbound calls and orders from their customers for quarterly commercial Point of Sale campaigns. They were also looking for possible value added services above this specific request.
Challenge
This organization had previously used another agency to field calls from their customers and complete the data entry required for orders submitted. When their contract period was coming to an end, this organization better understood their own needs and was looking for a source that could provide more integrated services that encapsulated their complete program requirements.
Solution
IMS was able to provide this client full program management services. A Customer Service Center centrally located within the United States could field calls and accept orders from their clients via phone, fax, email or mail. A customer web portal was developed to capture POS orders and provide reporting back to the customer on pertinent data. IMS' print and fulfillment services facilitated the production and distribution of the kits that were being requested via orders received.
Result
IMS has provided the client and their customers top notch customer service for a decade along with print, procurement, assembly and distribution services to get their POS kits from initial design to in-store display in the most efficient manner possible. IMS is continually looking for ways to improve the services provided to this client to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
