IMS Celebrates World School Milk Day!La Crosse, WI (September 29, 2010) – Inland Marketing Services, a leading supplier of fulfillment and packaging solutions, celebrated the 11th annual World School Milk Day on Wednesday, September 29, 2010. World School Milk Day is an international, annual event that celebrates the importance of milk in children’s diets. It is a way to bring our world and communities closer together to promote making healthy beverage choices. Milk, for example, provides calcium and eight other essential nutrients that growing children and adults need. Research shows that children who drink milk are more likely to meet their daily nutrient needs, which highlights its importance. “We were very excited when we heard about World School Milk Day from our milk and dairy customers,” said Chuck Englebert, V.P. and General Manager of IMS. “In order to show our support, we provided free milk to all employees, hung a large got milk? banner on-site to increase awareness, and showed off milk mustaches for a fun team photo. One of our goals at IMS is to consistently go above and beyond to delight our customers, and this was just one example of doing so.”
